With a playoff win on the line, Berean Christian rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Atlantic Christian Sharks with a sharp 18-6 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven games by eight runs or more so far this season.
Hailey Georgic was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off seven hits. Georgic was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Those four hits gave Britton a new career-high. Brianna Acosta was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs.
