The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Heritage Academy in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Heartland Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rylee Kiser, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Bock, who scored 17 points.
Heritage Academy's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Heartland Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.
Heritage Academy will head out on the road to face off against the at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Christian Fellowship focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six on Tuesday. As for Heartland Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
