Reading Memorial extended their winning streak to seven on Thursday, bumping them up to 11-1. Everything went their way against the Medford Mustangs as they made off with an 11-1 victory. Considering the Rockets have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Reading Memorial gave Ethan Greatorex the start and clearly made the right call: he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave Greatorex a new career-high in strikeouts (three). Dominick Fratto relieved him and did a solid job, tossing three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
