 At the plate,  Rivin Ruhunage was  incredible,  going 2-for-2 with two  runs, a  triple,  and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Austen Barnett, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
 Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 8-2. As for University, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Davis will take on Syracuse at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Davis is facing Syracuse at the right time seeing as Syracuse is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. As for University, their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Northwood at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. University's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9  runs per game  this season, so Northwood's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
