It's playoff time, and Benbrook had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Eagle Mountain Knights on Thursday. Considering the Bobcats have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Benbrook has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Eagle Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-16.

Benbrook will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Knights: the pair will be back at it again later today.
