Castro Valley didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Ava Kim, Ayllon, Gabrielle Rogge, and Marley Sepulveda picked up one apiece.
Piedmont has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. As for Castro Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-2.
