Broderick Vehrs Goes Supernova in Basha Win
Starting off the list is Basha's Broderick Vehrs, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Vehrs threw for 277 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown.
Basha pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Vehrs and Basha will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Chandler at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Paul Palmer was instrumental in extending Casteel's winning streak to three on Friday. Palmer turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 211 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 31 yards.
If the past is any indication, Palmer could be in store for another big game when he takes on Chandler on Friday. Palmer rushed for 58 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 199 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Wolves duked it out back in September of 2023.

Big Game from Lucero Jr. As Hamilton Fell 35-20
Rich Lucero Jr. put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 53 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also threw for 143 yards and a touchdown.
With the defeat, Hamilton broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-1. Lucero Jr. and Hamilton will look to defend their home field on Friday against Perry at 7:00 p.m.
