The North Warren Central Cougars will face off against the Parishville-Hopkinton Panthers on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with North Warren Central sitting on six straight victories and Parishville-Hopkinton on eight.
North Warren Central had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Lake Placid on Wednesday. The Cougars put the hurt on the Bombers with a sharp 15-8 win. Considering the Cougars have won seven matches by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
