First Assembly Christian extended their losing streak  to three  on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 10-17-1 in the process. They lost  10-2 to the Evangelical Christian Eagles.  First Assembly Christian saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Henry Jones, who  got on base  in all four of his plate appearances with two  runs. Jones has become a key player for the Crusaders: the team is 4-1-1 when he posts  at  least  two  runs, but 6-16 otherwise.  Christian Forrest was another,  going 3-for-4 with one  double.

He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off   eight  hits. Mabie has been consistent: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in five consecutive appearances. He was even better at the plate,  getting on base  in all five of his plate appearances with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  stolen base. That's the most  RBI  he has posted since back in March.
 In other batting news,  Caiden Caldera and  Banks Addison did most of the damage at the plate:  Caldera  went 2-for-5 with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI, while  Addison  got on base  in three of his five plate appearances with three  stolen bases and two  runs. Addison has been hot, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last five times he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jack Gates, who  got on base  in three of his five plate appearances with two  RBI.
 Coming up, First Assembly Christian will square off against Whitehaven at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Evangelical Christian, they will challenge Covington at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
