There's no place like home for Calvary Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Holmes Bulldogs on Thursday as they made off with a 25-15 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.

Calvary Christian now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Holmes, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
