Christ the King had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victor by a 64-38 margin over the Crane Medical Cougars on Tuesday. The Gladiators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 contests by 20 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Crane Medical lost, don't look at Brad Blackman. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten rebounds. Blackman is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted three or more in each of the last 23 games he's played.

The win (which was Christ the King's 11th in a row) raised their record to 24-9. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.6 points. As for Crane Medical, their loss dropped their record down to 21-9.

Christ the King didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 44-28 victory against Montini Catholic on the 7th. Crane Medical does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
