Softball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Northeast Bradford's Sixth in Last Eight Outings

Northeast Bradford got themselves on the board against Bucktail on Tuesday, but Bucktail never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Bucks. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Northeast Bradford let Kiarra Delancey and Antoinette Herb run wild. Delancey went 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run, while Herb went 2-for-3 with two runs and two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Lambert, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Northeast Bradford kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Northeast Bradford is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Bucktail, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8.

As of now, neither Northeast Bradford nor the Bucks have any future games scheduled.
