California Lutheran found their leader in freshman Tyler Treder, who dropped a double-double on 36 points and 17 rebounds. The game was Treder's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ethan Ash, who dropped a triple-double on 18 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists.
California Lutheran smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive matches.
California Lutheran's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.4 points. As for Santa Rosa Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-5.
