There's no place like home for The Oxford Pirates, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They put the hurt on Bartlett with a sharp 53-28 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for Oxford, who have now won three contests by 25 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Robbie Fisher, who rushed for 124 yards on only 11 carries. Kellen Clarkson also helped out as he racked up 108 rushing yards.
Oxford now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Bartlett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oxford will take on Leicester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
