Lassiter won the last time they faced Sequoyah and things went their way on Friday too. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Lassiter Trojans who were credited with the win. The Lassiter Trojans got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Sequoyah Chiefs' three. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won four games in a row.

Lassiter pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Sequoyah, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lassiter will challenge North Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sequoyah, they will face off against The King's Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The King's Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Sequoyah surely won't give up without a fight.
