Northridge won the last time they faced Waukegan and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over the Bulldogs. Considering the Knights have won six games by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Northridge and bumps their season record up to 7-8. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Waukegan, their loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northridge will venture away from home to challenge Latin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Waukegan, they will head out to take on Warren Township at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
