Brandon Savage was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Millsap is 2-1 when Savage allows one or fewer hits, but 7-10 otherwise. Savage was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
