Nanih Waiya came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They managed a 46-42 victory over the Union Yellowjackets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-40 two weeks ago.

Union's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gracyn Tillman, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards. Rymia Craft was another key player, putting up 15 points along with seven boards and five assists.

Nanih Waiya pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 19 points. As for Union, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Nanih Waiya will venture away from home to face off against McAdams at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Union, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pisgah at 6:00 p.m. on December 27th.
