While Centennial's win against South Grand Prairie wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Centennial Spartans came out on top in a nail-biter against the South Grand Prairie Warriors on Friday, sneaking past 6-4. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Centennial now has a winning record of 3-2. As for South Grand Prairie, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3-2.

Centennial has already played their next game, a 6-3 victory against Arlington on the 8th. As for South Grand Prairie, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 15-2 win against Sam Houston on the 11th.
