In what's become a running theme this season, the Deer Valley Skyhawks gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They blew past Peoria 55-27 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Deer Valley sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Peoria's loss came despite strong showings from Jordyn Williams and Cieraka Lynch. Williams almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 13 rebounds, while Lynch scored ten points along with eight rebounds. It was the first time this season that Williams pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Deer Valley is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. As for Peoria, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-9.
Deer Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Peoria also has no future games currently scheduled.
