Austin needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight matches and they got it from Danielle Nay. The Eagles came out on top against the Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday thanks in part to Nay, who had 23 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.6 digs per game.

Austin's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Shawe Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Austin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Switzerland County on the 27th. As for Shawe Memorial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against New Washington on the 27th.
