On Wednesday, Calvary Christian Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 43-38 to the Falcons. Calvary Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
It was another big night for Lamek Medhanie, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds for Apostles Lutheran. Medhanie hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Jeremy Bork, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
Calvary Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Apostles Lutheran, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
