Loveland Classical has gone 8-2 against Twin Peaks Classical Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Loveland Classical Lions will welcome the Twin Peaks Classical Academy Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. Loveland Classical is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last 11 games.
Last Monday, Loveland Classical beat Two Roads Charter School 60-47. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Falcons are ranked 243rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jackson Jensen was his usual excellent self, going 10 of 14 to rack up 27 points in addition to six boards and five steals. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Kole Doan, who posted 14 points and eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Twin Peaks Classical Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 80-64 victory over William Smith on Monday. The Timberwolves pushed the score to 62-39 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.
Twin Peaks Classical Academy's win came from a few key players Loveland Classical will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Matthew Wurth, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 16 boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in December of 2024. Jace Ross was another key player, going 6 for 15 en route to 17 points and three steals.
Twin Peaks Classical Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive contests.
Loveland Classical's win was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.6 points. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Loveland Classical against Twin Peaks Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 70-28 victory.
