The Azle Christian Fighting Crusaders are on the road again on Friday and play against the Nazarene Christian Academy Lions at 7:30 p.m. on November 17th. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
With a playoff game on the line, Azle Christian rose to the challenge on Thursday. They blew past Kingdom Prep Academy 59-30 on the road. The victory was just what Azle Christian needed coming off of a 54-8 defeat in their prior matchup.

One of the most notable came from Brodie Clark, who rushed for 231 yards and a touchdown while picking up 12.8 yards per carry. Clark was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 53 yards. Andy Wisniewski was another key contributor, rushing for 75 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries.
Meanwhile, Nazarene Christian Academy waltzed into Friday's game with three straight wins but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Heritage Christian 76-30 on the road. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-22.
