On Saturday, Kauai was out to avenge their 21-7 loss to Waimea from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Kauai suffered a grim 41-13 defeat to Waimea. The Red raiders haven't found any success against Waimea since Oct. 13, this defeat making it three in a row.
Kauai's defeat makes it eight in a row and drags their record down to 1-8. The win got Waimea back to even at 4-4. Both of these squads appear to have finished up the season, as they have no upcoming games scheduled.
