After each having a week off, the Lakeside Vikings and the Decatur Bulldogs will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
Lakeside is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Chamblee just ended the team's four-game winning streak last Saturday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 23-21. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Thomas Fortune, who picked up 105 receiving yards and a touchdown.
