The Littlestown Thunderbolts will take on the Bermudian Springs Eagles at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

 Peart wasn't the only one making solid contact: Littlestown  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That's the most  hits they've posted since back in April of 2024.
Meanwhile, Bermudian Springs had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by  an  11-0 margin over the Fighting Irish. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
 Brayden Heller made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit over five innings pitched. Heller was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Jasxyn Stottlemyer, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3. He also put up a  double, which was his first of the season.  Branson Diller was another key player,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances.
 Bermudian Springs pushed their record up to 7-1 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 15.8 runs over those games. As for Littlestown, their win bumped their record up to 3-4-1.
