After a string of three wins, Teurlings Catholic's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the St. Thomas More Cougars. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Rebels haven't been shut out since back in September.

While Teurlings Catholic was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21.

Olivia Hebert paced Teurlings Catholic's offense, picking up nine kills. Hebert got some help from Anna Claire Hebert and her 22 assists. Anna Claire also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Bailee Hebert, each putting up two.

Teurlings Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 24-12. As for St. Thomas More, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 34-5.

As of now, neither Teurlings Catholic nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
