South Guilford HomeSchool's tournament run continued when they took on Faith Christian Academy on Friday. The South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars blew past the Faith Christian Academy Knights, posting a 65-29 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 26 points or more this season.

Nate Martin was his usual excellent self, going 11 for 21 on his way to 27 points in addition to six steals and five boards. That's the most steals he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Judah Bausum, who posted five points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

South Guilford HomeSchool was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Faith Christian Academy only posted four assists.

Faith Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ka'Mier Jackson, who put up eight points and eight boards. Tiylur Friday was another key player, putting up two points and eight rebounds.

South Guilford HomeSchool is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Faith Christian Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

South Guilford HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-54 victory against Surry HomeSchool on the 21st. As for Faith Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 0-0 win against Carolina Baptist Academy on the 21st.
