North Forrest has gone 8-2 against Collins recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (North Forrest has four straight wins, Collins has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
While North Forrest's victory against Richton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles skirted past the Rebels 4-3.

Chance Rogers made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Rogers was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base. He is becoming a predictor of North Forrest's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 7-1 (and 3-5 when he doesn't).
In other batting news, Landon Hayes was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Tyler Spencer, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run.
Collins couldn't beat Sacred Heart last Friday even though they stacked six runs on them in the first inning. The Tigers came up short against the Crusaders, falling 23-12. Even if the Tigers couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.
DERWIN MAGEE and JORDAN MCDONALD did some serious damage despite the final result: MAGEE got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI, while MCDONALD went 4-for-5 with five stolen bases, two runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of CHIKEZIE MCLAURIN, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
Collins' defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for North Forrest, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. North Forrest has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Collins struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 13 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
North Forrest got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March of 2025 against Collins by a conclusive 13-1 score. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
