After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Buckeye Valley, Grandview Heights was happy to have turned things around  on Thursday. They skirted past the Berne Union Rockets  13-11. The high-scoring effort was just what Grandview Heights needed considering they were shutout in their previous   contest.
 For Berne Union's part,  Mia Hintz was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring four  runs and  stealing five bases while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. Hintz has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aleah Smiley, who  went 2-for-4 with two  RBI.
 Grandview Heights has  been performing  well recently as they've  won eight of their last ten matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record  this season. As for Berne Union, they now  have a losing record at 12-13.
