Calhoun won the last time they faced Greenfield/Northwestern and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0.

Calhoun easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15.

Calhoun picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 6-3. As for Greenfield/Northwestern, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calhoun will take on West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greenfield/Northwestern, they will square off against East Alton-Wood River at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
