Montgomery is a perfect 3-0 against Elsie Allen since April of 2025 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Vikings will look to defend their home field against the Lobos at 4:30 p.m. Montgomery is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.
Montgomery gave up the first runs on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They blew past St. Vincent de Paul 19-1. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Montgomery's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-10. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Elsie Allen, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.
Montgomery got the 'W' in their previous meeting on April 7th against Elsie Allen by a conclusive 16-1 score. Do the Vikings have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lobos turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
