Chester County hasn't had much luck against McNairy Central recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Eagles will host the Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chloe Teague tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over 4.1 innings pitched.
At the plate, Chester County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Newland, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another was Ryan Whitman, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.
Meanwhile, McNairy Central never let their opponents score on Thursday. They put the hurt on Jackson South Side with a sharp 21-0 victory. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by eight runs or more this season.
Bailee Shelton was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two hits in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Callie Finlayson was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with five runs, two triples, and two stolen bases. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Carlee Shelton was another key player, going 4-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and one double.
McNairy Central was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .684. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in 11 consecutive contests.
McNairy Central is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Chester County, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-6.
