After a string of three wins, Gulf Shores's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 67-43 to the McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets. The Dolphins were not able to make up for their loss to the Yellowjackets from their previous meeting back in December of 2014.

Gulf Shores' defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7. As for McGill-Toolen, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gulf Shores will take on Baldwin County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McGill-Toolen, they will challenge Spanish Fort at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. McGill-Toolen has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
