Grassfield is a perfect 10-0 against Oscar Smith since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Grizzlies will be playing at home against the Tigers at 5:45 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Grassfield comes in on eight and Oscar Smith on three.
Grassfield will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Western Branch, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Grizzlies came out on top against the Bruins by a score of 7-3 on Thursday.

Logan Shaw and Bryce Edick dominated on the mound. Shaw pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits, while Edick tossed five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits. Shaw has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Christian Coley, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one stolen base. Hayden Roach was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs.
Meanwhile, Oscar Smith made easy work of King's Fork on Thursday and carried off a 13-5 victory.
Braden Copeland and Alex White made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing, Copeland pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, White struck out six batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. At the plate, Copeland went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run, while White went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Sean Brown, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another was Jordan Scarborough, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI.
Oscar Smith's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Grassfield, their win bumped their record up to 12-5.
Grassfield was able to grind out a solid victory over Oscar Smith in their previous meeting back in March, winning 9-4. Will the Grizzlies repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
