Red Creek entered their tilt with Cato-Meridian on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 47-45 victory over the Cato-Meridian Blue Devils. While the Rams didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Red Creek's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Cato-Meridian, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Red Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 55-45 victory against Marion on the 28th. As for Cato-Meridian, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Skaneateles at 12:30 p.m. on January 11, 2025.
