Hixson got themselves on the board against Chattanooga Central on Tuesday, but Chattanooga Central never followed suit. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Pounders. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won 12 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Hixson is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games.
