Jesuit extended their postseason success on Friday against Naples. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 45-7 win over the Golden Eagles. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by 31 points or more this season.

Jesuit was led to victory by Will Griffin and Hezekiah Davis. Griffin threw for 159 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 passes, while Davis rushed for 149 yards and one score while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Davis is now averaging an impressive 103.6 rushing yards per game.

Jesuit's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.4 points on average over those games. As for Naples, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4-1.

Coming up, Jesuit will be playing in front of their home fans against Port Charlotte at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. That contest will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Griffin and Logan Flaherty. Naples does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
