Despite the loss, Detroit saw an underclassman step up: Nicolai Reine rushed for 123 yards on only 13 carries. Reine is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last five games he's played.
Detroit bumped their record down to 0-9 with that loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Bowie, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.
