Heritage's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ryder Strand, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 13 boards. The contest was Strand's fourth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Christian Hargett, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.
