Denver North's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Frankie Dardano, who threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Jack Gordon also helped out with an impressive 88 receiving yards.
Denver North now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Niwot, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Denver North will head out on the road to face off against Holy Family at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Holy Family will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. Niwot does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
