Eminence led 1A District 3 in scoring this week after putting up 40 points on Trimble County.
Bracken County made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,674 from 11,957. The improvement was the result of 27-6 victory over South Floyd last week.
Frankfort's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Chris Hawkins has thrown for 1335 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, while Aaron Jackson has 29 catches for 733 yards. Teantre McGee leads the league in rushing with 382 yards.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Frankfort takes on Paris. The Panthers' offense has recorded 219 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while the Greyhounds have permitted only 170 on the year.
A big matchup in 1A District 3 this week will be when the Warriors take on the Polar Bears. At the moment, Eminence is in second, while Bracken County is in third.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Steve Frommeyer's team takes on Michael Sizemore's team. The Warriors have allowed 94 points this season, while the Polar Bears have given up 70. Eminence allowed 6 points last week as it beat the Raiders.
