Notre Dame-Green Pond was not the first on the board  on Wednesday, but they got there more often. They walked away with  an   11-6  victory over the Palisades Pirates. The game was the first time the Crusaders have beaten the Pirates on their field since April 28, 2021.
  Clemente Cintron was  incredible,  going 3-for-5 with three  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Jason Frederick, who  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run.
Notre Dame-Green Pond has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Palisades, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 9-9.
