Whiteford barely beat Sand Creek the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bobcats were the clear victors by an 18-2 margin over the Aggies on Wednesday. Considering the Bobcats have won 13 games by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Whiteford and bumps their season record up to 21-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Sand Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-12.

Whiteford will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Aggies: the pair will be back at it again later today.
