In what's become a running theme this season, the Wiregrass Ranch Bulls gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They put the hurt on Land O' Lakes with a sharp 74-50 win. The score was close at the half, but Wiregrass Ranch pulled away in the second half with 41 points.
Kyden Wiley was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Preston Linville, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds.
Wiregrass Ranch has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-2 record this season. As for Land O' Lakes, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wiregrass Ranch will take on Bradenton Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Land O' Lakes, they will be playing in front of their home fans against East Lake at 7:45 p.m. on Monday. East Lake presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Land O' Lakes in Florida (East Lake is ranked 112th, while Land O' Lakes is ranked 412th).
