ALA - Gilbert North waltzed into their game on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Douglas Bulldogs 9-3. Considering the Eagles have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Tyson Webster was incredible, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, two doubles, and one triple. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Luke Genet was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

ALA - Gilbert North's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Douglas, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. ALA - Gilbert North will host Eastmark at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Douglas, they will welcome Rio Rico at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hawks have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season.
