The LEAP Academy Lancers will head out to square off against the Lindenwold Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lindenwold took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on LEAP Academy, who comes in off a win.
LEAP Academy barely beat Bridgeton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lancers put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 27-15 victory on Monday. Considering the Lancers have won 11 matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

LEAP Academy let L Montanez and W Diaz run wild. Montanez got on base in all seven of her plate appearances with four stolen bases, five runs, and four RBI, while Diaz got on base in all seven of her plate appearances with six stolen bases, seven runs, and one RBI. Montanez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last six games she's played. C Murray was another key player, getting on base in six of her seven plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Lindenwold came up short against Haddonfield on Thursday, falling 16-1. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Bulldawgs recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.
Karen Gullett was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in both of her plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run. Genesis Pacheco also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.
Lindenwold's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for LEAP Academy, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.
Lindenwold's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: LEAP Academy hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .333. It's a different story for Lindenwold, though, as they've only averaged .119. Will they be able to contain LEAP Academy's hitters?
LEAP Academy took their victory against Lindenwold when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 19-2 score. Will the Lancers repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
