Volleyball Recap: St. David's Wins Going Away Against Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill

St. David won the last time they faced Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors blew past the Lion 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12, 25-13.

Grimsley McNairy paced St. David's offense, picking up 19 kills. McNairy got some help from Katie France and her 12 assists. LIly Graham controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

St. David's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. St. David's is set to challenge their familiar foe Trinity Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will take on rival Cary Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
