Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elkton). They strolled past the Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 66-52. For the Elks, this counts as revenge for the 68-53 win the Red Tail Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.

Elkton now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Rogue Valley Adventist, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Elkton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Salem Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rogue Valley Adventist, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Central Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
